"Grand Opening" of the new TEADIT plant in Austria and Sealing Colloquium
After many months of hard work and construction, it was done.
At the beginning of September 2021, we officially opened our new plant in Kirchbichl, Tyrol, Austria.
We were particularly pleased that despite the travel restrictions caused by COVID19, many partners from more than 20 nations came to our opening to celebrate with us.
Of course, it wasn't just partying. At TEADIT’s sealing colloquium, various technical presentations were held on the current status of standardization, specifications, application successes and R&D activities. In addition, the participants were able to convince themselves of the capabilities offered by our “sales tools”.
In our new training room,
AMTEC Messtechnischer Service GmbH demonstrated various material tests on their measuring devices.
The colloquium was rounded by a highly interesting and open technical discussion with many ideas and new approaches.

The ePTFE production includes a fully integrated ePTFE production of sheets, tapes and gaskets in a clean environment that also meets future food and pharmaceutical requirements - from the raw material PTFE powder to the ready packed gasket.
In the service center area, gaskets and stuffing box packings are manufactured according to customer requirements.
From the central warehouse, sheets (PTFE, ePTFE, CNAF, Graphite), ePTFE tapes, as well as stuffing box packings and gaskets are delivered globally.
In the medium term, TEADIT will employ around 100 people at this location.
