Metal Expansion Joints

Metallic expansion joints are designed to solve thermal dilatation and vibration problems in the most severe operating conditions. They minimize the energy loss and allow great design flexibility. Metallic expansion joints reduce the installation and implementation costs maintaining the high quality and safety levels.

Main characteristic:

• Design and manufacturing according to EJMA and ASME standards

• Wide metallic expansion joint production line

• They can work as vibration isolators

• They compensate small misalignments between pipes or equipment

Expansion joints are designed with one or more metallic bellows to compensate the thermal extension or contraction variations in pipes and equipment. Metallic expansion joints can work at high temperatures and pressures depending on the combination of the wide diversity of metal alloys, the metal thickness, the quantity and the bellows construction type.
